Mission Statement: The purpose of
the Herb Society of Historic Saltsburg, founded in
1993 by Jeane Emge, is to plant and maintain an
herb garden within the Historic Saltsburg district
and to teach, to learn, and to share a love of
herbs.
A Little About What We Do
Since its humble beginnings in 1993, the Herb Society has grown to maintain
several gardens around Saltsburg, dedicated to preserving and promoting
gardening in general and the perpetuation of herb lore and use in particular. If
you are interested in learning more about herbs, flowers, perennials, and
annuals, please contact us at HerbSocietyInfo@yahoo.com.
